Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

Thank you for supporting DaoMotion.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

DaoMotion products are currently offered on a pre-order basis.

The current estimated shipping window is Q3 2026.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only and may change due to manufacturing, product testing, certification, component availability, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery dates are estimates and may change.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Approved cancellations within this period will be refunded to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees and other reasonable administrative costs incurred in processing the order and refund.

After 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, all pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

Returns

Due to the limited-production nature of DaoMotion products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Compatibility issues disclosed prior to purchase

Please verify product compatibility before placing your order.

If a return is approved for reasons other than a confirmed manufacturing defect or our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To assist with our evaluation, we may request:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If DaoMotion confirms that the product is defective, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product; or

  • Provide another appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.

DaoMotion will cover the shipping costs associated with approved warranty repairs or replacements.

Limited Warranty

DaoMotion products are covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect wiring or power supply

  • Water or liquid exposure

  • Accidents, impacts, or misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal cosmetic wear

  • Use outside the product's intended operating conditions

Limitation of Liability

DaoMotion products are aftermarket automotive accessories.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation and safe operation of the product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DaoMotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the installation, use, or inability to use our products.

Taxes & Shipping

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed fees in their destination country or region.
