ZEN 2 Floating
ZEN 2 Taiji is the wireless floating version of ZEN 2. Its self-leveling display stays visually upright as the steering wheel rotates, creating a distinctive floating effect. Powered by a rechargeable battery, it provides approximately 10 hours of runtime per charge. Named after Taiji, it represents balance in motion.

ZEN 2 Fixed
ZEN 2 Ziran is the wired fixed version of ZEN 2, mounted directly to the steering wheel center and powered through the vehicle’s 12V or 5V electrical system. Inspired by Ziran, it follows the natural structure of the vehicle with a direct powered connection.

Data Input and Fitment Information
ZEN 2 supports both modern OBD2 vehicle data and flexible sensor input, while offering fitment solutions for different steering wheel hub patterns and installation types.

Flexible Sensor Input
Ideal for older vehicles, race cars, engine swaps, standalone ECUs, custom builds, or vehicles where OBD2 data is limited.
Connect compatible analog sensors or pulse signal sources directly to ZEN 2. This setup requires the user to connect signal wires correctly and have basic vehicle electrical knowledge.

Actual supported data depends on your vehicle, sensor type, wiring, and signal compatibility. Not every signal is available on every vehicle.
OBD2 Plug & Play
Compatible with most 1996+ vehicles equipped with a standard OBD2 port.
Plug the DAO Motion OBD signal receiver directly into your vehicle's OBD2 port. No cutting wires, adding sensors, or modifying the factory harness is required for supported vehicles.

Fitment Information
70mm and 74mm fitment patterns
ZEN 2 is designed around common aftermarket steering wheel hub patterns. Check your steering wheel or hub adapter before choosing your setup.
Most aftermarket steering wheels use either a 70mm or 74mm bolt pattern. The correct option depends on your steering wheel, hub adapter, and installation setup.
Version-specific fitment guidance
Floating and fixed versions are designed for different steering wheel setups. Choose the version based on your wheel, hub, and quick release configuration.
The floating wireless version is built for a clean centered visual effect, while the wired fixed version is better for direct mounting and quick release compatibility.
Our floating version, also known as the wireless version, does not fit any quick release steering wheel setup.
Our wired fixed version fits all quick release steering wheels as well as normal steering wheels.
