Delete your DAOmotion app account

You can request deletion of your DAOmotion app account and its saved cloud vehicle profile.

Delete in the app

Open Account → Delete account. Confirm the permanent deletion and reauthenticate using your password or sign-in provider. The app also removes the vehicle profile saved on that phone.

Request deletion without the app

Email support@dao-motion.com from your app account email, with the subject “DAOmotion app account deletion”. Include the account email and state that you want your app account and saved vehicle profile deleted. Do not send your password. We verify ownership before acting.

What is deleted

The Firebase sign-in account and its saved DAOmotion cloud vehicle profile. When deletion is performed inside the app, its local vehicle profile on that phone is also removed.

What is separate

Physical display photos, themes, firmware and settings are not erased. Website purchases and order records are managed separately and may be retained for business or legal requirements. Provider-held security, diagnostic and backup records follow their providers’ retention policies. Emailing a request cannot remotely erase data already stored on an offline phone or display.
